After the alcoholic\u2028fermentation, the wine is decanted into 3000\u2028litre barrels or steel tanks where it completes\u2028the malolactic fermentation (after an initial\u2028decanting stage). The wine is filtered and decanted, before being bottled.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Storage and ageing:<\/span><\/strong> in the cellar, at controlled \u2028humidity and a temperature of 10-12\u00b0C. Maximum ageing from 1 to 2 years. It is recommended that it is drunk young.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Colour:<\/span><\/strong> ruby red with purplish highlights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Bouquet:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>winy and intense, characteristic and pleasantly grassy, with undertones of cherries and blackberries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Flavour:<\/span><\/strong> balanced, reminiscent of cherry jam, with an aftertaste of coffee and chocolate, it has a high content of tannins, acidity and alcohol, full-bodied and a longlasting flavour.
