Best drunk when young.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Colour:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0straw yellow.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Bouquet:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>pleasant, delicate, fruit, characteristic, intense and suggestive of apple and figs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Flavour:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0this wine is dry, velvety, tasty and fruity with a slight after-taste of bitter almond; it is well-bodied and harmonic, and has good acidity and alcoholic degree; it is very persistent on the palate and best drunk when young.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Alcohol content:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a012% vol.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Optimal serving temperature:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a010-12\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Gastronomic matches:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>this wine is excellent as an aperitif and ideal with seafood salads and main courses based on fish and crustaceans.
